4 months means more shots! Hailey was a trooper though. Just a little cry with each poke. I overheard the nurse as she was walking out say, "Best 4 month shots ever!" She is quite the chatter box lately. And she learned to roll over! She has started to get a little stubborn over car rides. But she is just the best baby ever!
My Cousin Kevin is getting married next February to a cute girl named Yashoda. They are going to be having an Indian wedding. There was an engagement Party and they have a traditional ceremony announcing the couple. It was really interesting. I can't wait for the wedding! Congrats you two! (I stole these pics off the photographer's site. They were much better than mine.)
Brandon had the day off so we decided to go to the copper mines since I had never been. Its huge and pretty amazing. The trucks they have out there are gigantic! It was really really windy!
Fourth of July
I was a bit peeved with Utah this year. 4th of July was on Sunday...therefore nobody had fireworks on Sunday. It was either Saturday or Monday. I guess having fireworks on Sunday would have been breaking the sabbath or something. All I know is that it was a total downer of a day because I didn't feel like 4th of July any of those days. Whatever Utah! But we did go watch some on Sat. night at the Canyons resort in Park City with my cousin Kelly. They were pretty lame and lasted like 5 min. Hailey slept through them like they were nothing!
CA/Andrea's Birthday!
My big sister turned 30 this year!!! My parents were still gone in Italy so I decided to down and celebrate with her and Lucas. We had a blast. We went to eat at Joe's Crab Shack (even though neither of us likes seafood! Who are we?) They made her do a big embarrassing dance in front of the whole restaurant. It was great! I don't know why I don't have more pics. Must have been on someone else's camera. I'll post if I get any.
Jackson Hole
We had our second Leslie Family Reunion in Jackson Hole! Hailey got to meet her great grandparents on the Leslie side for the first time as well as all of my aunts and uncles and cousins from Oregon. It was a great trip and fun to re-connect with family we haven't seen in years. We went to Yellowstone, rode up the tram, went horse back riding, walked around down town Jackson, picnic at Jenny Lake, went swimming, and went to the Bar J for dinner. We could have stayed a few more days!

There is a waffle Hut at the top. They serve waffles with Nutella. Yummmm! Also, Hailey has just started learning how to hold her bottle! So cute!
Brandon has a new job....again! He was doing fine at Stevens-Henager Collage, but this was a little more up his alley. He started last Monday and is loving it! The Outdoor Retailer was last week at the Salt Palace and he got to be there talked with all kinds of different companies. It's basically an internet based training platform for the outdoor industry. These outdoor companies buy their software to train retailers and their employees on the product. In return, the employees can earn industry discounts and pro deals on a wide variety of products. 3point5 is the training software. Promotive is the Pro site for industry discounts.
We blessed Hailey on Sunday May 30th. She was 9 weeks old to the day! It was so great to have my family be able to come up from California and Brandon's family come down from Idaho. Brandon gave a beautiful blessing. One we will always remember. Hailey was so darling in her pretty white dress. We had a little get-together after church at Grandpa Swaner's. So many people came over and we had a great time. We even got to my cousin Kevin and his fiance Yashoda! Great day! Great weekend!

Love this dress! I wish she could wear it again. Oh well!
My little bug is 2 months old! 9 weeks old to be exact. We took her in to get her first set of shots on Friday. Brandon was able to go with me because he had to work late that day. I'm glad he did because it was really sad to see her cry the way she did. But she recovered pretty well. (Note to self: give her Tylenol before next shots!) Time has just flown by these past two months. Hailey is learning to smile and is so aware of everything. She love to go on walks and rides in the car. She has been sleeping so well also. Her record so far is 8 1/2 hours! But she averages about 6-7 most of the time.
